About Debbie Pullens
Debbie Pullens has spent years working at the intersection of wellness and justice impact. Her work combines professional holistic wellness training with direct engagement in correctional, reentry, youth, and community settings.
Through Wellness Within, she is translating that experience into practical wellness education designed for people who may have had limited access to supportive wellness resources.
“Where someone lives should not determine whether they have access to tools that support dignity, self-awareness, and emotional wellness.”— Debbie Pullens
